The benefits of our implementation process

Fully-realized solutions

As you know, Navco International is capable of converting your ideas into fully-realized solutions. As an example, this year Navco was tasked by Suzuki to perform a project that had arisen based on component shortages and production problems due to global difficulties for the industry over the last year. This project was challenging as it demanded both speed and flexibility; but we consider being able to take projects to a quality conclusion under demanding circumstances one of our greatest strengths.

PPAP process

In all industries it is of course important to comply with laws and regulations, but when working with time-sensitive projects it is more challenging. In this industry it is often crucial for clients to integrate new components and solutions inside of their vehicles as soon as possible. This process, that stretches from the first conceptual drawings all throughout the design process up until the product actually entering the market is called PPAP -- the Production Part Approval Process. The PPAP is there to demonstrate that a supplier has thoroughly developed and vetted their design and production process so that it can meet their client's requirements whilst minimizing any risks.

The benefits for Navco International customers

  1. We ensure that a we can meet the proper standards of manufacturability and quality requirements of the parts supplied to the customer.
  2. Provide evidence that the customer engineering design record and specification requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled by Navco.
  3. Demonstrate that the established manufacturing process has the potential to produce the part that consistently meets all requirements during the actual production run at the quoted production rate of the manufacturing process.

PPAP levels

The PPAP process consists of five different levels. The first level is Part Submission Warrant (PSW) only. The second level is PSW with product samples and limited supporting data. The third level is PSW with product samples and complete supporting data. The fourth level is PSW and other requirements as defined by the customer. And the last and fifth level is PSW with product samples, complete supporting data available for review at the our manufacturing location and a factory audit.

Quality first

In short, we pride ourselves on being able to take on projects with speed and flexibility without having to make any concessions or sacrifices when it comes to delivering a quality product for our clients.
