Meet the ULTRA FLOOD beam pattern

An Ultra flood pattern is equipped with >180° wide optics to provide you with a wide-area amount of light and lightens the nearby area. Perfect for lighting up anything at low speeds, or for trailers and worksites. Did you know that Ultra Flood is also available for reverse lights?

You may wonder what the difference is between spotlights and floodlights. Spotlights have a brighter light they shine, but the angle beam from a Floodlight is much broader. Floodlights come with wide light patterns, generally used to illuminate a wide area; conversely, a spotlight is designed to travel a longer distance but in a much narrower beam.

Ultra Power in a small package

Even a compact work light can offer a remarkably high lumens/watt ratio! Here an example of Ultra Power in a small package recently developed for one of our customers.

Ultra Floodlight vs. Spotlight

When you operate an excavator, the worksite is not only in front of you but all around. The light distribution of our work lights eliminates sharp contrasts between dark and bright, giving you a more comfortable working environment with less eye strain.

In short: Spotlights provide a focused beam of light while flood lights provide a wide area of illumination.
